Fear Nothing by Lisa Gardner

Fear Nothing is another excellent installment in Gardner's DD Warren series.  DD is injured while investigating a case, and what she doesn't remember about what happened that night still haunts her along with her physical injury.  Adeline Glen enters the case to help DD with her injury, and both women are pulled into the murder investigation.  Gardner delivers a suspenseful tale full of many twists and turns as she explores Adeline's biological family with a history of murder as well as Adeline's own medical condition of not feeling pain.  Adeline is a well developed character who is neither black or white but grey herself, and I enjoyed how Gardner gave the reader both the point of view of DD and Adeline.  Overall Fear Nothing was a great read that I would recommend if you are looking for a suspenseful tale that will keep you eagerly turning the pages.
